The Annual KCAC Members exhibition is back by popular demand!
This year artworks will be displayed for a three week exhibition in the KCAC galleries for KCAC member artists to show their newest works and invite the community to see.
This is a great opportunity to get some holiday shopping out of the way, support local artists and enjoy art for ALL!!

Participating artists must be a current KCAC member
One artwork per person
KCAC staff determines placement and installs artwork.
It is YOUR responsibility to have the work ready to hang in the gallery (i.e. your artwork is framed, wired, any special hanging equipment is provided, KCAC will have pedestals for 3-D artworks, etc.).
Works must be $500 or less and no bigger than 18” in ANY dimension. This includes the frame.
No diptychs, triptychs or artworks with multiple parts.
KCAC will make labels for each artwork. Please have the following information on the back of your work when you deliver: artists name, title, medium, & retail price.

Submit your work on the Call for Artists page.
Applications must be of original work, completed in the last two years and not previously shown in The Artists Coalition’s Galleries. All media is eligible.
~ Submit 1 image plus a photo of you (i.e. head-shot)
~ Submit images that are no less than 1 MB and are photographed on a white background (if possible).
~ Provide Instagram Handle and Website
~ Upload your C/V or Resume
~ Image information listed as: Title, Medium, and Retail Price
~ Work requiring special installation (including large or heavy works) will be accepted ONLY IF the artist is available to install the work.
~ Video artists. KCAC has 2 monitors (42″ & 32″) which may be available; otherwise, artists must provide projectors for installations. Submit video stills and provide a links to videos online.

KCAC reserves the right to reproduce accepted works for publicity, documentation and promotion of the exhibition.
Works must be hand delivered to Kansas City Artists Coalition during designated drop off times.
If you work is not sold during the time it is in our galleries, you must pick up your work on the days listed.
If works are left after 4 pm on the last date scheduled for pick-up the artwork becomes the property of KCAC.

KCAC will manage ALL sales through the gallery during the duration of the show.
KCAC will take a 30% commission for any sales.
If an artwork is sold, the artist may replace it with a new piece during the the duration of the exhibition.

KCAC provides insurance for the exhibition.
The Kansas City Artists Coalition (KCAC) reserves the right in their sole discretion to reject any or all entries and to modify or terminate the selection process for any reason and without prior notice.
Applicant agrees that any and all materials submitted pursuant to this call for entry become the property of the Kansas City Artists Coalition and shall not be returned to Applicant.
KCAC reserves the right to reproduce accepted artworks for the purpose of documentation and publicity on but on limited to www.kansascityartistscoaltion.org, printed announcements for the exhibition, and advertisements.
KCAC is not responsible for works left after the exhibition ends. Artworks are not insured past the designated pick up date. Works left over 30 days become the property of the Kansas City Artists Coalition and will be disposed of at the KCAC’s discretion.
