INFORMATION FOR ARTISTS
2012 Auction date: February 18th!
Please consider supporting the 29th Annual Benefit Art Auction, the Kansas City Artists Coalition's largest fundraising event. Auction revenue fuels our work and allows us to produce exhibitions and programs that engage both our local artists and our art loving community. Your donation of artwork and time helps sustain the arts in Kansas City.
Donating artists will receive one free ticket to the auction, two free tickets to the sweetheart reception, a web site listing in the auction program, a tax receipt, an informational letter informing artists of who purchased their work, and a listing of auction bidders. Additional tickets to the Auction can be purchased for $25.00.
Artists who pledge artwork by the pledge deadline ensure that their names will appear on the auction announcement. Pledges received after the pledge deadline may not appear on the announcement but will be included in the auction program. Artwork and volunteer pledges are accepted for the auction even if you are not sure which piece you will donate or for which evening you would like to volunteer.
